Located between Frangipani and Turtle's Nest on Meads Bay, Meads Bay Beach Villas is a private, low-density property composed of four (with a possible fifth) villas, each built for comfort, privacy, and effortless proximity to the sand.

- Villas 2 & 3 - two-bedroom villas a few steps from the beach with partial views
- Villa 4 - one-bedroom option (also lockable as 2-bedroom)
Rates & Seasonality
Daily rates (USD) vary by villa and season (low, high, holiday). Examples include:
• Villa 1: $1,100 - $2,600 per night
• Villas 2 & 3: $850 - $2,350 per night
• Villa 4 (1 BR): $700 - $2,350 per night
Rates are subject to 13% government tax and 10% service charge.

There is no central pool or common lounging area - each villa is self-contained, allowing privacy and a villa-style resort experience.
